Meet Your Fire Flow Instructors 

Jules Gavin

Jules discovered yoga over 15 years ago at just the right time in her life. Not only during a time when
she needed it most, but when she was finally open and ready to explore the many benefits of the
practice.  As yoga began to transform her life, she wanted to share with others the power of yoga &
breath work so she decided to do her teacher training. "If I can do what yoga has done for me to one other
person, my job is done!"  

She hopes to help others develop body and mind awareness and a balance between flexibility and strength, as well as exercises effective for reducing stress, anxiety and depression and improving brain function and mental health and connecting with their most honest self.

Lisa Mangan

Lisa's yoga practice began about 10 years ago. She initially started yoga to feel stronger in her body and relieve the back pain she was having.

Over the years, when she practiced, she noticed many more benefits than just relief from back pain. During her yoga practice, her mind felt focused and calm and inner chatter slowed down. She always felt energized and relaxed leaving class and noticed and overall improvement in health, happiness and focus in day-to-day life.

Noticing the benefits yoga was bringing to her own life, she wanted to share this with family and friends and decided to deepen her knowledge. She completed a 30-hour Yin teacher training, then shortly after completed a 200-hour teaching training with Hot Yoga Dundrum and began teaching. To deepen her teaching practice further, Lisa recently travelled to Bali and completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with House of Om.

Lisa’s class is a gentle vinyasa style with a mixture of Yin and Yang postures with a focus on breath and mindfulness. The intention of this class is that it is accessible to students at every level and that they leave feeling happy, healthy and calm.

About Us

Fire Flow Yoga Tallaght is located at Holohan Martial Arts Facility in South Dublin. Our instructors have a strong focus on helping people of all levels to improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing.  

Our instructors have helped people of all ages with physical issues such as back pain, improving flexibility, post training pain relief, increased strength and cardiovascular health. The mental health aspect of yoga is a big part of what we do. We want to ensure all of our students leave every class feeling refreshed, de-stressed and feeling happier and calmer than before they started their class.
